Sourcing Property

We are not estate agents, an introduction agent or the like and do not make money from the sale of properties. We have however good experience of buying and developing here in Sicily, we speak the language and know the layout of the land. We are therefore happy to work with you, for you helping with finding, negotiating, buying and advising on possible hurdles and how to get over them. Our building knowledge also will help give you an idea of the cost of any work you may need doing on a property beforehand, helping to prevent any nasty surprises down the line.

We are however from time to time told about properties which are for sale directly from the owner. Whilst it is quite normal in Sicily to buy property directly there are positives and negatives, whilst you may save some money this way you also are without the security of buying through a registered agent and hence there is a lot more for you to organise yourself. With this in mind we would only advise buying direct if you have experience of doing so and have a good knowledge of Italian. We have decided to put a notice board page up for which you will find a link to the right of the page. On it we have put some properties which are for sale directly, along with other items for sale or things we think may be of interest.
