Scott our principal in this feild has spent 17 years designing, managing and building various projects throughout the north of England and the south west of Sicily. A time served tradesman himself he has built up a working knowledge of the construction process and his passion for building design and innovation has created some unique and admirable spaces, including restaurants, hair salons and a multitude of homes.

Living and travelling throughout Europe has given him a love of architecture and art alike. From sourcing a property to designing and managing the project Scott works with his clients to ensure they understand and receive exactly what it is they desire. Not just designed to look good but to function, to be a space that works as a home, a building designed around you.

Service
Our focus is you, and our service is tailored around you! Whatever the stage of the process our aim is to ensure smooth running, clear communication and most importantly an on budget project. From initial sketches to creating 3D models of your home right at the beginning and ensuring all details of the project are agreed with you before any building work starts, you can be sure you will have the end product you expect.

We understand that it can be unnerving embarking on a project overseas when you will not necessarily be around to see the work taking place. With this in mind our aim is to provide a clear and effective line of communication. We are your representatives onsite and we do not take your trust lightly. We have your best interests at heart.

Design
Design is carried out with a constant eye on the entire building process and the way the house is to function once complete. With this in mind we will spend plenty of time with you onsite, throwing around ideas, creating sketches and rough plans. We will visit merchants and suppliers with you to see examples of colors, materials and finishes. Once this stage is complete we will create a 3D model of the property so you can see the finished thing before we even start.

Planning
We will plan the process from start to finish if required, enlisting any necessary additional services (engineers, architects, or any other specialists) we will then source the best suppliers and contractors to ensure pricing and timelines can be projected beforehand. We will also ensure all relevant permissions and permits are acquired and that the necessary services (water, electricity etc) are connected and ready so the work can commence where possible unhindered.

Management
We will ensure regular site presence to keep the development on track and overseeing the transition of phases and work. We will co-ordinate the various on and offsite professionals ensuring minimal down time between phases. We will also ensure that any supplementary services (pest control, forestry, inspectoral etc) of which the need becomes apparent during the construction are arranged. We will manage your budget and project as if it were our own keeping you up-to-date on the progress with weekly summaries and photographs.
